About Draw the Bracket
Draw the Bracket makes tournament brackets and schedules for people who run them: rec leagues, school events, cornhole nights, pickleball sessions, chess clubs, esports admins. Paste your teams, print the result, or run it live and share a link.
How the brackets are tested
Every bracket comes from one engine, and the engine is tested at every size it offers. The checks include: byes always go to the top seeds; a single-elimination field of n teams plays exactly n − 1 games; a double-elimination field plays 2n − 2 games, or one more when the grand final is replayed; every team ends with exactly two losses except the champion; round robins have every pair once (or twice) and no team twice in a round; and pool play never pairs pool-mates in the first playoff round. The PDF and the screen are drawn from the same layout, and a test checks that their text matches.
What it costs
Printing and running a bracket is free and needs no account. Later, an optional paid plan will remove ads and add your own logo and colours. This site may show ads on guide and size pages. They are never shown in TV mode, on the scoring screen or in the PDFs.
What it is not
It is not a place for cash pick'em pools or betting brackets, and it does not cover professional or college tournaments. See the terms.
